- To maintain the fraternal relations between all the unions and strive for
unity in the Guatemalan union movement.
- To initially strengthen the
union movement of Quetzaltenango, and then expand our activities to the southwest of Guatemala.
- To ensure the continued support and respect for the decisions of each union
member of UTQ.
